Ecstatic Dance, Breathing and Sound Healing with Simona and Anthony

This class is designed to get you moving naturally and help you reach your own feelings and desires that you hide or run from. It’s an extraordinary experience in which you are given the opportunity to let go of the old and bring in the new, discover and work with the energy within, becoming creative and tuned to your inner power through dance, breath-work and sound. 

It’s all about expressing fearlessly your emotions and connecting to what’s true and authentic in you, and switching off what I call “the inhibitors” such as fear, control, judgement, high exceptions, guilt, frustration, and much more.

Location:    Larchwood Studio, Hay on Wye

Time:          11am

Duration:    2 hours

Price:          £30 per person

You’d need the following: yoga mat (Larchwood Studio has plenty you could borrow if you don’t have one), pillow, blanket, and a bottle of water. 

The venue has underfloor heating but I suggest bringing a warm blanket as some people do get cold when activating their breath and releasing tension in their bodies. It is very important that you keep warm and feel comfortable so you can relax.

The class is lead by Simona Armstrong - an experienced and dedicated breath-work and exercise therapist from Great Malvern, and she will be joined by Antony Blakemore, a remarkable gong practitioner from Colwall, Worcestershire.
