The class will be based on Hatha yoga, with some sections of faster movement as a way of waking up and warming the body.
The class is suitable for beginners to advanced students - I offer softer and more advanced variations in many postures, to suit your level and even how tired or energetic you're feeling on the day. Throughout the practice, I encourage you to really listen to how you're feeling and what your mind and body are asking for during the class, stepping away from our natural tendency to always push ourselves and really giving yourself the permission to relax when that's what's needed.
