Situated in the stunning rural town of Hay-on-Wye, why not make a day of it with friends and go out for a walk to the mountain (15 mins drive) or pop into town for lunch, just ask me for recommendations there are some lovely places to relax after.

What is Reflexology Inspired Relaxation
A fusion of 3 modalities Guided Relaxation, Distance Reflexology and Energy Healing helping you to deeply relax all the systems of your body to support your physical health and well-being. Giving you space to hear your own intuition so you can clearly see your next step without overwhelm and be confident to implement essential self care that positively supports your mental and physical health.
Distance Reflexology is shared to the group (think Distance Reiki/Healing), there is no physical contact from myself and you will not rub your own feet, I will do all the work so you can receive with an open heart and your physical body can deeply relax. This modality was developed during the lockdown's of 2020 to continue to help support people during a very difficult time and has been supporting clients successfully ever since.

Hayley Holden BSc(Hons) NatSci DNNP MAR - 19 years of clinical experience as a Certified Reflexologist, Naturopathic Nutritionalist and Wellbeing mentor with a passion for helping you easily prioritise your health in easy bite size chunks specialising in women's health, hormonal balance, managing anxiety and reducing stress. Supporting you with 1:1 treatments, mentoring programs, workshops and self help practices so you can enjoy and appreciate every moment of your life.
